Space Elevator Now Being Taken Seriously by Japanese

The Japan Space Elevator Agency was so taken aback from Arthur C. Clarke's writings of space elevators, they plan to make it a reality by 2030. They just need the rest of the world to take them seriously enough to tag along for the ride.
