Everyone was, at one time or another, a newbie. Fortunately most newbies outgrow their status and become Regular Joes. Even AOLers. (Really.) It's the ones who never move beyond their newbieness that worry me.
I am not one of those who sees a political plot behind everything. No nefarious conspiracies haunt my mind. At the same time, I remain skeptical and sometimes critical of some accepted truths and I like to investigate and make up my own mind.
A few days ago, while at work, there was a fairly interesting programme on CBC Radio One that discussed Collective Intelligence.
CBC Radio One is the only station I can listen to since the radio's dial is broken (I can pick up a music station if I stand up and raise both my arms in the air, but that gets tiring after a while).
