The Nike78 website showcases various ways pairs of Nike shoes have been transformed to serve other functions -- or provide brand new functions altogether. Above, the work of Emma Mendonca. Dan Mather's conversion to a bicycle shoe is also one of my favourites.

Inspired by sport, 78 creatives challenged the function of Nike shoes. This archive showcases the project and their work.
