I get the idea of playing on the popular Downfall/Hitler meme, but maybe using the leader of the Nazi party to advertise a "real man's shampoo" on national television may not have been the smartest idea.
Turkish shampoo company Biomen recently released a men's shampoo commercial featuring archived black and white footage of former Nazi leader Adolf Hitler making a speech, while fictional text appears on screen translating his message. "If you are not wearing a woman's dress, you should not use her shampoo either," Hitler says in the commercial. "Here it is, a real mens' shampoo, Biomen." The commercial then cuts to the shampoo bottle and the message, "Real men use Biomen."
