Check out this fabulous nine-hour night drive summed up in a four-minute timelapse by Dysantic to the music of Armin van Buuren. Next time, I'm tagging along.
For the drive back to Toronto after a visit to Manhattan, I mounted my GoPro HD Hero camera to the headrest of the front passenger seat, and set it to capture an image every 5 seconds. The journey took just under 9 hours, and I ended up with 6445 images.
I created the time lapse video out of those images using Time-Lapse from the Apple App Store, and created the overall video with iMovie. The music track I used is "Imagine" by Armin van Buuren.
