Kai Petermann of For Love and Glory has this gallery of images for a robot you can assemble out of cardboard that range between 50 cm and 105 cm. As he explains:

Today I just stumbled upon this stunning cardboard robot by Calafant in a small shop and I couldn't resist to buy it. There are two sizes available and I decided for the smaller version which is about 50 centimeters (about 20") tall.
