I guess that's what happens when you're world-famous and have had a long, successful, culture-impacting career: your obituary is written way ahead of time. According to The Village Voice, the New York Times had written Elizabeth Taylor's obit six years ago. Even more disturbingly -- or, if dark humour is your thing, amusingly -- the obituary author died in 2005, after battling cancer.
