When Roger Ebert went to see Green Hornet, he called it "an almost unendurable demonstration of a movie with nothing to be about". Worse, having watched it in 3D, he thinks the entire concept is simply a scam to charge extra for a really dim movie.

Ebert got a response from Walter Murch, a respected film editor and sound designer in the modern cinema, regarding 3D. Murch explained that 3D will never work. Why? Blame 600 million years of human evolution which never prepared our eyes for it.
