The world of governments is in a big humm-humm about WikiLeaks' release of the US Diplomatic Cables. What does it even mean, anyway? Reportedly, it's all the secret, behind-the-scene back-stabbing stuff that spies, governments and politicians do to each other: steal credit card number from top UN officials, Arab countries urging the United States to bomb other Arab countries, how North Korea has been selling long range missiles to Iran, that Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is Robin and Vladmir Putin is Batman.
