The world of governments is in a big humm-humm about WikiLeaks' release of the US Diplomatic Cables. What does it even mean, anyway? Reportedly, it's all the secret, behind-the-scene back-stabbing stuff that spies, governments and politicians do to each other: steal credit card number from top UN officials, Arab countries urging the United States to bomb other Arab countries, how North Korea has been selling long range missiles to Iran, that Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is Robin and Vladmir Putin is Batman. I know, exciting stuff, right? Now back to working your nine-to-five, peon.

But The Christian Science Monitor (Christianity and Science all in one name? Woah!) has put together the weirdest cables that are comical, surprising, or just plain weird.
