Website Kuriositas has an animation theorizing what will happen when the oil runs out. Created by eco-animator Anita Sancha, the perhaps overly optimistic video takes us through a journey from 1900 to beyond 2080 following the Hubbert Peak theory. This theory suggests that any area in the world -- to the planet as a whole -- has a rate of petroleum production that follows a bell-shaped curve. Click here for the video.
