TechDirt brings us to attention a YouTube video done by a guy who goes by the (accurate) alias of theinternetftw. The man is literally building a computer within the game Minecraft using the book The Elements of Computing Systems: Building a Modern Computer from First Principles as his guide.

So far, he's built a 16-bit arithmetic logic unit (ALU) and plans on building the rest of the computer around it so that he will eventually be able to program it to actually run elaborate code. Check out the insane video here.
