Using Google Maps, Alan Taylor of Boston.com has put together a remarkable gallery of aerial photographs of huge developments that sit partially completed among densely built up neighborhoods and swampland. The emptiness reflects the recent financial meltdown, but the overall effect is both beautiful and eerie at the same time. Click here for the photographs.
