Despite our mobile phones reaching speed and performances comparable to a desktop computer, the real problem remains our inability to quickly and efficiently input information into them. In response to this, working directly from community feedback, this Mozilla Labs Concept Series discusses what an Open Web phone might look like. One proposed solution is to incorporate built-in projectors in a mobile device allowing to easily create a gestural interface on any flat surface. Theoretically, the phone could potentially be used to a level of functionality identical to a full fledged laptop. Check out the article, video and images here.
