With the death and shutdown of services like Bloglines, Blogrolling and Xmarks, Web 1.5 is gone. But was Web 1.5 just some jazzed-up terminology spewed-up by some self-proclaimed SEO-expert formerly in marketing or was it actually something that simply failed to get our attention?
