Dowling Duncan's Vertical US Bank Note Designs

When the hyperinflation will be over, and the government starts printing new money, could the new U.S. Dollar look anything like this? Downling Duncan has submitted this design concept to The Dollar ReDe$ign Project, following three major design components: size, with the longer notes having more value than the short ones; vertical format, since people deal with money vertically rather than horizontally; and colour, one of the strongest ways graphically to distinguish one note from another.
