This year the isolated country of North Korea, the last Stanilist state in the world, celebrates its 60th year of existence. These 32 photos give the chance to briefly peer into this strange, strict and restrictive pseudo-empire, infamous for keeping the outside world in the dark about what life is like inside its borders.
