Using Math to Predict The Future

Bruce Bueno de Mesquita, a professor of politics at New York University and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University in California, has built a computer model based on game theory which can predict the future with remarkable accuracy. He claims his prediction rate to be about 90 per cent correct. How does he do it?
