The Do-Not-Call List that Does

The CRTC's National Do-Not-Call-List, says Consumer's Association of Canada president Bruce Cran, is a travesty. The problem is that the list can be easily obtained online for a meagre $50, increasing rather than reducing the number of daily unwanted calls.
