Interview with one of Google's Deepmind founders

The Telegraph has this short video interviewing Mustafa Suleyman, one of the founders of Google's Deepmind, discussing the ethics of Artificial Intelligence. Considering that there are already algorithms that can simulate the human brain but there are no computers capable of running it, I'm wondering what kind of "intelligence" will power scary looking bird-like robots like these.
