The website Flora Drift spectacularly puts to use the Web Audio API to bring a zen-like landscape with music to go with it. You can change the tempo and even play futuristic instruments. This was done by White Vinyl Design, who have a just as impressive portfolio.

An interactive web experiment which procedurally generates music & visuals on the fly, and uses realtime synthesis.
