The Metropolitan Etiquette Authority: "Pull Up Your Pants"

As part of his latest etiquette project, artist Jay Shells unveiled a series of official-looking signs scattered throughout Manhattan politely asking people to do -- or not do -- certain things.

In addition to the much needed "Pay Attention While Walking" sign he had a few others addressing some of the pet peeves bound to eat away at New Yorkers.
