On April 30, 2011 I treated myself to a First Class Suite on Emirates Airlines A380 Super Jumbo from Bangkok to Hong Kong.
He further explains:
In April 2011, the cost of an Emirates first class suite from Bangkok to Hong Kong was $550 USD. The cost is higher now, about $650. Normally you'd expect to see a much higher fare for a first class flight, but this is a short flight, less than 3 hours. I highly recommend it as a way to experience pure luxury. I normally fly economy class, but this special experience was worth the cost.
