A few nights ago, we had the pleasure to witness a presentation by Mark Coatsworth at Danforth's Fox and the Fiddle on how to make your own liquor, using only items found in a grocery store. Mark's presentation was funny, knowledgeable and instructive! Kudos for speaking so comfortably in front of a large group of people. Looking forward in many more.
Mark doesn't just specialize in the scientific process of making ethanols, but in a variety of do-it-yourself projects and nerdy coding endeavours. Check it out.
