Minecraft, that little independent sandbox game that's all the rage lately, can really be used for building just about anything people can think of. For example, you've read about the guy who is building a working 16-bit computer with it.
Or what about this: 1:1 Scale Model of Star Trek's Enterprise-D.
However, I thought this time-lapsed machimina-style video of a minecart travelling through an eight mile long railtrack was both lovely and strangely hypnotic.
