Drunk Broker's Trading Binge Bumped Price of Oil

A drunken broker, Steven Noel Perkins, who doesn't remember spending $520 millions was banned from trading for five years. The broker's actions managed to move the global price of Brent Crude Futures by $1.65 (U.S.), considered by some "a significant movement in the price of Brent at this time of night".
