Indians not allowed to surf for porn

India's parliament has recently quietly and quickly passed a law which allows for monitoring of a user's online behaviour, and forbids surfing Bollywood news, forwarding or writing jokes and viewing of porn. Fines include jail terms up to ten-years. Some further commentary on the issue can be found here.
